Our Rapid Rewire coaches use neuroscience-based tools designed to quickly access and clear the root cause of what’s holding you back. Instead of only talking about the issue, you’ll actually process and release it in real time.

This approach is more directive than therapy, guiding you through a proven step-by-step framework that creates measurable, lasting change, often in a single session, and almost always much faster than traditional methods.

After you sign up, we’ll match you with a certified Rapid Rewire Method™ coach based on your goals, preferences, and the areas you want support with. Each coach has their own style and background, but all are trained in the same proven system designed to deliver rapid, lasting results.

It’s important to feel connected with your coach, and we do our best to ensure a strong match from the start. If at any point you feel your coach isn’t the right fit, you can request to be matched with another coach, because the right partnership makes all the difference in your transformation.

Every coach on Unbound is a certified practitioner of the Rapid Rewire Method™. Our coaches are rigorously trained in neuroscience-based subconscious transformation tools designed to create rapid and lasting results.

Every coach on Unbound must complete the Rapid Rewire Method™ Practitioner Certification training, which includes live practice, supervision, and rigorous evaluation by master trainers. Coaches must demonstrate their ability to facilitate precise, effective results before being certified.

In addition, Unbound requires:

Once you complete your intake form, our team works quickly to connect you with the best-fit certified Rapid Rewire Method™ coach on Unbound. This process can take a few hours or a few days. At times it may take a little longer depending on coach availability and your specific needs, but rest assured, we do everything possible to get you started without delay.

Once you officially joined Unbound and paid for your sessions, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to create your account on our secure coaching platform, CoachAccountable. After your account is set up, you’ll be matched with a coach and can begin communicating directly through the platform.

All messaging, scheduling, and shared resources will take place within the platform, keeping everything in one private and easy-to-access space. Coaching calls are held via Zoom, and your calendar invite will include the link for each session.

This streamlined system ensures your experience remains confidential, organised, and effortless from start to finish.

Most clients experience a meaningful shift in their very first session. Sometimes it feels dramatic, but often it’s more subtle, a quiet release, a lightness, a calm that wasn’t there before. Subtle doesn’t mean small. These shifts are powerful because they happen at the root, where patterns begin.

Yes, it’s possible to experience a powerful shift in just one session, and many clients do. But when challenges are multi-layered, an additional session or two may be needed. That’s why we recommend starting with a package. Packages provide the consistency and support to work through multiple layers and issues, reinforce your breakthroughs, and fully integrate the changes so the results last.

That depends on your goals and needs. Some clients experience powerful breakthroughs in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue working with their coach over months to create deeper, sustained transformation. There’s no set timeline, you’re free to use Unbound for as long (or as short) as it feels supportive for you.

Your experience matters to us. If after your first Session you feel your Specialist isn’t the best match, no problem, you can request a one-time complimentary rematch within 7 days of that Session.

Just email us at [email protected] within that 7-day window, and we’ll match you with another Specialist who may be a better fit for your goals and personality.

This applies whether you’ve purchased a session package or are planning to purchase additional sessions and want to ensure you’re working with the right coach.

Single sessions and session packages must be used within 6 months (180 days) of purchase. Session credits are non-transferable.

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any unused sessions. If you’ve used some sessions, we can issue a prorated refund, with completed sessions charged at the full single-session rate.

Refunds are issued minus payment processor fees.

You can complete your Unbound purchase using a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments are processed securely, and your information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

At this time, Unbound does not accept insurance. Because our coaches are certified practitioners of the Rapid Rewire Method™ (not licensed medical providers), their services are generally not covered by insurance plans. a

That said, we’re actively exploring pathways to make Unbound more widely accessible, including options like potential partnerships or reimbursement models in the future. As those possibilities develop, we’ll update our community. In the meantime, clients can begin with session packages designed to provide powerful, lasting transformation and flexible support without the wait.

Because Unbound coaches are certified practitioners of the Rapid Rewire Method™(not licensed medical providers), our services are typically not reimbursable through health insurance. Most insurance companies only cover therapy provided by licensed clinicians, often requiring a formal diagnosis and detailed clinical records in order to process reimbursement.

That said, you may be able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to cover Unbound services, as many providers recognize coaching and wellness programs as eligible expenses. We recommend checking directly with your HSA/FSA provider for confirmation.

While we don’t work directly with insurance at this time, we strive to keep our pricing options accessible , with single sessions and packages available to support you in creating lasting change.

Yes. At Unbound, your privacy is a top priority. While most of our coaches are not licensed therapists and therefore not bound by state-mandated confidentiality laws, every coach is required to follow our Confidentiality and Ethics Agreement. This means your sessions are kept private and will not be shared without your consent.

The only exceptions are rare cases where disclosure may be necessary to prevent serious harm (such as risk of self-harm or harm to others), or if legally compelled.

Your privacy and security are very important to us. All sessions with Unbound coaches are confidential under our Confidentiality and Ethics Agreement. What you share will not be disclosed without your consent, except in rare cases involving safety concerns or legal requirements.

The information that you share is also protected by data privacy laws. For more information see our Privacy Policy. Here are some things that might be helpful to know:

● CoachAccountable is hosted with Deft in a SOC 2-Certified data center located in the United States (Chicago, Illinois, to be exact), in a HIPAA-compliant hosting environment protected by a hardware Web Application Firewall. The split server architecture has the database located in a DMZ that is inaccessible to web traffic.

● All web traffic to and from CoachAccountable is encrypted via TLS/SSL, mandated by HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security).

● Outside of allowed web traffic, connection to the environment is only allowed via SSH to authenticated users who are logged into the VPN.

● The CoachAccountable database is backed up nightly, and stored encrypted offsite with Amazon S3.

If you wish for any of your information or records to be released to a third party, please let your coach know so that they can facilitate the release.

When you first sign up with Unbound, you will be requires to sign a contract using your full legal name.

When you are connected with one of our coaches, we’ll ask for some basic contact information, such as an email address and phone number, so we can communicate with you effectively and reach you in case of an emergency. While you’re not required to use your legal name here with your coach in the platform or appear on camera, we do encourage it, as it helps build trust and connection throughout the coaching process.

Your privacy and safety are our priority. Our coaches are not governed by state licensing boards, but every Unbound coach adheres to our strict Confidentiality and Ethics Agreement, ensuring your information and sessions remain protected. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is stored and safeguarded.
